CMX Holdings Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported a total income from operations of Rs. 38.10 lakh for the year, down from Rs. 20.31 lakh in the previous year’s quarter.

It posted a net loss of Rs. 25.22 lakh for the year compared to a loss of Rs. 17.97 lakh last year.

Earnings per share stood negative at Rs. (0.22). The financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board, with a limited review completed by statutory auditors.
