Aarti Industries has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

For FY25, consolidated net profit stood at Rs. 331 Cr, and standalone net profit was Rs. 340 Cr, both down from last year.

Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 7,271 Cr.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of Re.

1 per share (20% on Rs. 5 face value), pending shareholder approval, maintaining a steady payout for investors.
