Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Limited has announced a board meeting and appointed Ms. Priya Bhagat as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing Mr. Ajay Singh who resigned to focus on the holding company.

Ms. Bhagat brings 10 years of experience with a background in commerce and law, having handled company secretarial and compliance roles in large listed companies.

She will oversee regulatory compliances and disclosures alongside the CEO and CFO.

This leadership change aims to strengthen governance and compliance processes for the company.
