Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Limited has appointed Ms. Priya Bhagat as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, succeeding Mr. Ajay Singh who resigned to focus on the holding company.

Ms. Bhagat brings 10 years of experience in company secretarial roles with listed entities and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and LLB degree.

She will handle compliance responsibilities going forward.
