Satiate Agri Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including the acceptance of the resignation of its statutory auditor M/s. A A A M & CO LLP due to reasons specified in their resignation letter.

The company has appointed M/s. D.G.M.S & Co. as the new statutory auditor to fill the vacancy until the next annual general meeting.

The new auditor brings over 10 years of experience in auditing, assurance, Ind-AS, valuations, and financial planning, expected to support improved operational and financial oversight.

The board also reviewed other company business activities during the meeting.
