Expenses stood at ₹501.90 lakh, resulting in a profit before tax of ₹15.24 lakh and a net profit of ₹11.41 lakh.

Jain & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years from FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval, and Mr. Vivek Agnihotri as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The audit report was issued with an unmodified opinion, confirming the company’s financial statements present a true and fair view.
