The Board approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, showing total income of Rs. 517.14 lakh and a profit before tax of Rs. 15.24 lakh.

Basic EPS stood at Rs. 0.01 per share.

The company appointed M/s R.K.

Jain & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval, and Mr. Vivek Agnihotri as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financials, confirming fair presentation and going concern status.
