Company Update

Jai Mata Glass Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The Board approved the audited standalone financial statements, including the balance sheet and cash flow statement.

Mr. Santosh Kumar Agarwal has been re-appointed as the Internal Auditor, and M/s Navneet Kumar & Associates have been re-appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2025-26. Both auditors bring extensive experience and are unrelated to the company’s directors or key management personnel.
