Emerald Leisures Limited is progressing its real estate business by redeveloping its land at Swastik Park, Chembur, Mumbai.

The company recently acquired the adjoining plot from MENA Co-op Housing Society, combining both plots for a common development plan.

Feasibility studies indicate about 25,000-28,000 sq.mt. of saleable FSI potential.

The company aims to secure necessary approvals and financial closure over the next two quarters, targeting project commencement soon after.

This initiative should enhance asset utilization and add value for shareholders.
