Continental Securities Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the conversion of 7.25 lakh warrants allotted to Satiny Constructions Limited into an equivalent number of equity shares.

This preferential allotment increases the company's paid-up equity capital from ₹5.55 Cr to ₹5.70 Cr, with total shares rising from 2.77 crore to 2.85 crore.

The allottee, a non-promoter, paid the full warrant issue price, triggering conversion rights.

This share issuance strengthens equity capital and reflects continued investment interest, impacting shareholding patterns by increasing Satiny Constructions’ stake to 3.1%.
