Dhoot Industrial Finance Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company earlier filed an application with RBI for registration as a Non-Banking Financial Company but the application was returned with directions to settle existing credit facilities before fresh registration as NBFC-ND.

The company also published audited financial results showing a net profit before tax loss for the quarter and year.

Additionally, Canara Bank has taken symbolic possession of a property mortgaged by borrowers who defaulted on loan repayment, signifying ongoing recovery proceedings.
