Outcome of Board Meeting

Umang Dairies has announced a board meeting that approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Quarterly revenue from operations was ₹64.61 Cr, down from last year, with a profit before tax of ₹1.25 Cr and net profit of ₹0.80 Cr.

For the year, revenue was ₹228.12 Cr, posting a slight loss before tax of ₹0.17 Cr but net profit of ₹0.61 Cr.

Inventory and borrowing levels rose notably.

The ongoing demerger and amalgamation scheme awaits final regulatory filing.

No dividend or capital-raising plans were disclosed.
