Umang Dairies Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The Scheme of Arrangement involving demerger of Umang Dairies' dairy business into Panchmahal Properties Limited (Resulting Company 1) and subsequent amalgamation of Umang Dairies with Bengal & Assam Company Limited (Resulting Company 2) has become effective.

Record date is fixed on June 27, 2025, for shareholders of Umang Dairies to receive equity shares of Bengal & Assam Company under the scheme.

The amalgamated Bengal & Assam will issue 1 equity share for every 9 shares held in Umang Dairies.
