Pyramid Technoplast has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of Re.

0.50 (5%) per share of Rs. 10 face value, pending shareholder approval.

This offers shareholders a moderate cash return on their investment.

The company also plans to appoint M/s. RA GALA & ASSOCIATES as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years, subject to approval.
