Mangal Compusolution Ltd. has announced a board meeting where it approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, and declared a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval.

The company appointed M/s. Anand R. Chandak & Company as Internal Auditors and M/s. Vijay S. Tiwari & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26. The financial results showed total income of Rs. 2732.84 lakhs and a profit before tax of Rs. 656.71 lakhs.

An exceptional gain of Rs. 75 lakhs was recorded related to termination of a property purchase agreement.

The company’s IPO in Nov 2024 raised Rs. 1622.70 lakhs, primarily for IT equipment and general corporate purposes.
