Dynavision has announced a correction regarding the resignation date of the statutory auditor, M/s. Hemadri & Co, of its material subsidiary Dynavision Green Solutions Limited.

The auditor’s resignation letter was actually dated May 9, 2025, with the resignation effective from May 15, 2025, correcting the earlier communication that incorrectly mentioned May 15 as the resignation letter date.

The auditor resigned due to unforeseen personal circumstances and clarified that there are no concerns related to the company.

The auditor was appointed in September 2023 for a five-year term but stepped down less than two years into the term.
