DYNAVISION LIMITED has announced its 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM (IST). The meeting will be conducted exclusively through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Visual Means, allowing no physical attendance.

Shareholders can participate to transact ordinary and special business, with e-voting facilities available before and during the AGM.

The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM Notice will be distributed electronically and accessible online.

Virtual participation will count towards the quorum, ensuring broad investor engagement and operational continuity.
