Dynavision Limited's material subsidiary, Dynavision Green Solutions Limited, has announced changes to its Board of Directors.

Mr. A. Sudheer Reddy, a Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the board due to personal reasons.

Following this, Mr. Suleelal V was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Director to the subsidiary's board.

Mr. Suleelal V also holds the position of Managing Director in Dynavision Limited, the holding company, integrating leadership across the entities.
