TAAL Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru Bench, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation under which Taal Tech India Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, will merge into TAAL Enterprises Limited with effect from 1st April 2023. The amalgamation consolidates all assets, liabilities, and subsidiaries under TAAL Enterprises.

The company has addressed all regulatory observations, including outstanding disputed tax liabilities, which are under appeal or stayed.

Employees of the transferor company will continue with the transferee on the same terms, with no retrenchment expected.

This consolidation strengthens TAAL’s operational structure and asset base.
