The First Custodian Fund (India) has announced a board meeting and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Banthia as Whole Time Director & CFO for three years from September 1, 2025, and Mr. Giriraj Damani as Managing Director for three years from July 13, 2025. Manish Banthia, a commerce graduate and MBA, has 25 years of stock market experience and is part of the promoter group.

Giriraj Damani, a commerce graduate with 40 years in trading, is not related to other directors.

Both are confirmed to hold office without any SEBI restrictions.
