Company Update

Omkar Pharmachem has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported total income of Rs. 54.22 lakh for the year, with a net profit of Rs. 20.09 lakh, improving from a loss in the previous quarter.

Cash and cash equivalents rose to Rs. 10.94 lakh from Rs. 7.16 lakh.

The Board approved the appointment of M/s. Maulik Bhavsar and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.

The audit was completed with an unmodified opinion.
