The audit report expressed an unmodified opinion, confirming fair presentation and compliance with accounting standards.

The company has re-appointed M/s Midha & Associates as internal auditors for FY 2025-26 and appointed M/s KJ & Associates as secretarial auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.

These appointments strengthen the company’s governance and audit oversight.
