Earthstahl & Alloys Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of ₹35,839.70 lakh for the half-year ended March 31, 2025, with cost of materials consumed at ₹21,427.8 lakh and total expenses at ₹72,022.3 lakh for the year.

It posted a loss before tax of ₹17.57 lakh for the half-year but recorded a net profit after tax of ₹18,912 lakh for the full year.

Segment-wise, cast iron lumps generated ₹54,374.7 lakh revenue, while casting articles contributed ₹17,901.7 lakh for the year.

New facilities including a 132 KVA substation and a batching and briquetting plant have been commissioned.

The auditors have issued an unmodified opinion confirming the results’ accuracy.
