Crimson Metal Engineering Company Limited has announced a board meeting on which the Board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of Rs. 964.26 lakhs and expenses of Rs. 813.64 lakhs for the year, with a net profit of Rs. 13.35 lakhs compared to a loss of Rs. 133.29 lakhs in the previous year.

Earnings per share stood at Rs. 0.30. The Board also appointed APAC & Associates LLP as the Secretarial Auditors for FY 2024-25 and recommended their reappointment for five years from FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.

The audit report expressed an unmodified opinion, confirming the company’s financials present a true and fair view.
