Gujarat Inject Kerala Limited submitted its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for FY 2024-25, confirming adherence to all applicable regulations except a delay in appointing a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, for which the company was fined ₹82,600. The appointment was regularized on June 10, 2024. The report found no other non-compliances, related party transaction approvals were timely, the website maintained required disclosures, and no penalties or actions were taken by SEBI or stock exchanges.

There were no resignations of statutory auditors during the year, and performance evaluations of the board and committees were conducted as scheduled.
