Midland Polymers Limited has complied with most applicable statutory provisions and SEBI regulations during the financial year under review, despite being under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The new management is making sincere efforts to address pending filings, including audited/unaudited financial results for several quarters, annual reports, secretarial compliance reports, related party transaction disclosures, and share capital audit reports.

The company appointed a Company Secretary mid-year, improving corporate governance.

No penalties or auditor resignations were reported.

Compliance with insider trading rules and event disclosures was maintained, supporting gradual restoration of regulatory compliance and transparency for stakeholders.
