Midland Polymers has closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from July 1. This closure is in anticipation of a forthcoming board meeting that will consider and approve the financial results for the quarter ending June 30. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after these results are officially declared, a measure implemented to prevent insider trading among those with privileged information.
