Midland Polymers has filed its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report, confirming broad adherence to compliance requirements.

The report highlighted one deviation: an inadvertent omission in a governance filing regarding a Managing Director's resignation from the Audit Committee.

This led to a fine of 0.008 Cr from BSE.

The company has since corrected the filing, paid the penalty, and submitted a waiver request.

Importantly, the Audit Committee remained properly constituted, indicating the issue was a disclosure error rather than a substantive governance failure impacting company oversight.
