The report confirms overall compliance with applicable SEBI regulations, except for a few instances: a minor delay in disclosure of related party transactions, an early update of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee composition not yet effective, and delayed shareholder approval for two director appointments, which will be sought at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
