Revenue mainly came from Ecommerce and Food & Beverages segments.

The company’s assets stood at Rs 799.49 lakhs, supported by equity of Rs 350.68 lakhs.

The auditors issued an unmodified opinion, reflecting clean compliance.

The results indicate a modest turnaround with improved profitability, important for shareholder confidence.
