Swan Energy has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
The company posted a record consolidated total income of ₹6,884 Cr, up 35% YoY, with EBITDA nearly doubling to ₹1,804 Cr and margin widening to 26.2%. Profit after tax increased 49% to ₹874 Cr.
A 10% dividend has been proposed.
