The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 18 lakh and consolidated revenue of Rs. 35.53 lakh for the quarter.

Profit before tax stood at Rs. 76.36 lakh (standalone) and Rs. 79.97 lakh (consolidated). The financials reflect a significant turnaround from prior periods' losses.

Auditor’s report carried an unmodified opinion.

The company changed its Registrar and Transfer Agent from XL Softech Systems Ltd to Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. to enhance shareholder service efficiency.

The name change from Jyothi Infraventures Limited to Mizzen Ventures Limited is now official.
