Mizzen Ventures Limited has announced the results of a postal ballot where shareholders approved eight key resolutions.

These include the appointment of Mr. Sandeep Dsilva as Managing Director and the appointments of Ms. Kripa Anand Rajput and Mr. Om Kantimohan Mishra as Whole-Time Directors.

Four non-executive independent directors were also appointed: Mr. Anilkumar Mohanraj Marlecha, Ms. Reshma Dagdu Wadkar, and Ms. Kumudini Jitendra Tiwari (an independent woman director). Additionally, shareholders ratified the company’s name change and appointed M/s Nuren Lodaya & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term.

All resolutions passed with overwhelming support.
