Shree Securities Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, with statutory auditors M/s. R. K. Kankaria & Co. giving an unmodified opinion.

The company did not declare any dividend for 2024-25. Ms. Dipika Naresh Dayma has been appointed as the internal auditor for 2025-26, bringing 9 years of experience in audit and taxation.

M/s. Kirti Sharma & Associates has been appointed as secretarial auditor for five years starting 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
