The company reported total income of Rs. 470.80 lakh for the financial year, with expenses totaling Rs. 489.56 lakh, resulting in a profit before tax of Rs. 7.18 lakh and a net profit of Rs. 5.37 lakh.

Segment-wise, ecommerce and trading contributed Rs. 162.89 lakh in revenue and food and beverages Rs. 8.06 lakh.

The company’s audited balance sheet shows total assets of Rs. 799.49 lakh and equity capital of Rs. 330.68 lakh.

The auditor's report carries an unmodified opinion, confirming clean financials.
