Edvenswa Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified audit opinion.

It appointed M/s BSS & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s ERR & Associates as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26. Standalone revenue rose to Rs. 204.94 lakh with a net profit of Rs. 66.73 lakh, while consolidated revenue reached Rs. 3,208.22 lakh with net profit after tax of Rs. 388.29 lakh.

The company reported strong cash flow improvements and no deviations in the use of funds raised via a recent rights issue of Rs. 26.69 Cr, underlining disciplined financial management.
