Company Update

Edvenswa Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting on August 15, 2026. The board will consider and approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2026. The agenda also includes a dividend consideration and proposals for capital restructuring, such as increasing authorized share capital, issuing bonus shares, a rights issue, preferential issue of shares, and shares under an Employee Stock Option Scheme.

Additionally, the board will discuss amendments to the Articles of Association.
