Edvenswa Enterprises' board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. Standalone revenue from operations was 1.07 Cr, with profit after tax at 0.16 Cr.

Consolidated revenue from operations stood at 36.24 Cr, and consolidated profit after tax was 0.45 Cr.

The board also appointed Mr. Krishna Mohan Adalath as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Adalath brings over two decades of experience in enterprise technology and cloud platforms, aiming to drive business development, organizational leadership, and sustainable long-term value creation for the company.
