Edvenswa Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, with unmodified auditor opinions.

The company appointed M/s BSS & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years and M/s ERR & Associates as internal auditors for FY 2025-26. Standalone total revenue was Rs 250.28 lakh with a profit after tax of Rs 66.73 lakh, while consolidated total revenue reached Rs 3,257.24 lakh with a profit after tax of Rs 388.29 lakh.

Cash and cash equivalents improved significantly in both standalone and consolidated statements, reflecting stronger liquidity.
