Kratos Energy & Infrastructure Ltd. has announced a board meeting and approved the appointment of M/s. BKP & Associates, a peer-reviewed firm of Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting from the financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30. This appointment is subject to shareholders' approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

BKP & Associates provides services across Corporate Law, SEBI, RBI, FEMA, Taxation, and Intellectual Property, supporting the company’s compliance and governance functions.
