BKP & Associates is a peer-reviewed firm of Company Secretaries based in Kolkata, offering services across corporate law, tax, and regulatory compliance.

This change is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The appointment ensures continuity in secretarial audit services, critical for maintaining regulatory and governance standards.
