GCM Securities Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of ₹10.50 lakh for Q4FY25 versus ₹3.57 lakh in Q4FY24, but posted a net loss before tax of ₹106.44 lakh compared to a loss of ₹8.47 lakh in the previous year’s quarter.

For the full year, the loss widened to ₹268.36 lakh against ₹35.33 lakh last year.

Total comprehensive income for the year was a loss of ₹357.61 lakh versus a profit of ₹91.57 lakh last year.

EPS was negative at ₹0.141 for FY25.
