Sri Chakra Cement has announced a board meeting on 1st June 2025 to appoint Sri Siva Kumar Ramaswami as an Additional Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval.

He brings over 40 years of experience across production, marketing, and company management, holding qualifications in M.Tech, MBA, and law.

This addition strengthens the board's expertise and oversight, supporting the company’s governance and strategic direction.
