Aditya Spinners has announced a board meeting to appoint Sri Siva Kumar Ramaswami as an Additional Independent Director, subject to member approval at the next AGM.

He brings over 40 years of experience in production, marketing, and corporate affairs, holds an M.Tech, MBA, and a Law diploma from NALSAR.

This appointment adds seasoned expertise to the board, supporting the company’s governance and strategic oversight.
