Aditya Spinners Limited has announced a board meeting and approved the appointment of Sri P Ramamoorthy as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. Ramamoorthy brings around 51 years of experience in finance, taxation, accounting, and advisory services.

The company has also appointed M/s. Puttaparthi Jagannatham & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.

This move strengthens the company’s audit processes, ensuring robust financial and corporate governance oversight beneficial to shareholders.
