KZ Leasing & Finance Ltd has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 99.43 lakh and a net profit after tax of Rs. 54.91 lakh for the quarter.

For the year, total income was Rs. 233.32 lakh with a loss after tax of Rs. 18.73 lakh.

Earnings per share stood at Rs. 1.81 basic and Rs. 1.91 diluted for the quarter.

The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board, with the statutory auditors issuing an unmodified opinion.
