Swarnsarita Jewels India Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations of Rs. 4474.80 lakhs standalone and net loss after tax of Rs. 3.15 lakhs for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated figures showed a total income of Rs. 6096.07 lakhs and net profit after tax of Rs. 72.88 lakhs for the year ended March 31, 2025. Earnings per share stood at a loss of Rs. 1.51 (basic and diluted) standalone and Rs. 3.49 (basic and diluted) consolidated.

Reserves excluding revaluation reserve were Rs. 1099.24 lakhs standalone.
