SVAM Software Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income from operations at ₹2.25 lakh for the quarter ended, down from ₹30.62 lakh a year ago.

It posted a net loss before tax of ₹22.25 lakh and a net loss after tax of ₹22.37 lakh for the quarter.

The auditors issued a qualified opinion due to the use of accounting software lacking audit trail features, but indicated no financial impact from this.

EPS stood at a negative ₹0.13 per share.
