Croissance Limited has announced a board meeting to approve increasing its stake in Corbel Energy Private Limited from 49% to 75%, making it a subsidiary.

Corbel Energy, incorporated in May 2024, operates in distilling and blending spirits, ethyl alcohol production, and agricultural services on a contract basis.

This strategic move aligns with Croissance’s expansion into ethanol, biofuels, and allied chemical products, enhancing its green energy business.

The acquisition strengthens Croissance’s control over Corbel Energy, supporting its objective to scale operations in renewable fuels and agro-based industries.
