Kesar Petroproducts Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
The company posted FY25 revenue from operations of ₹185.17 Cr, up 24% YoY, driven by higher production of value-added pigments Alpha and Beta Blue.
EBITDA margin rose to 9.96% from 6.7% and PAT margin doubled to 5.38%, reflecting improved profitability due to operational efficiency and focus on high-margin downstream products.
Q4 revenue was ₹40.99 Cr with EBITDA margin of 12.32% and PAT margin of 9.08%. The company commenced water trials at its new 6,000-ton fertilizer unit in Ratnagiri and appointed a whole-time company secretary.
Kesar exports to 55 countries, leading India’s Phthalocyanine Blue pigment segment with 15% market share and has an installed capacity of 1,500 MT/month.
